At XLeads Software, we want you to be confident in your decision to use our platform. While we stand behind the quality of our Services, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested.
1. 7-Day Refund GuaranteeWe offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on your XLeads subscription fee.
To request a refund, you must email our support team at support@xleads.com within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. Refund requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible under this policy.
2. Non-Refundable ItemsPlease note that only the subscription fee for XLeads is eligible for a refund under this policy. The following items are non-refundable:
Phone numbers
Texting costs
Dialer costs
Web hosting
A2P (Application-to-Person) registration and messaging fees
Emailing costsAny other consumable or usage-based services outside of the subscription fee
These services are billed based on usage or third-party costs, and therefore cannot be refunded.3. How to Request a RefundTo request a refund:Send an email to support@xleads.com with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Account Email]. Include your account email address and proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID). If your request is made within 7 days of purchase, we will process your refund back to the original payment method.
4. Processing Time Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
